Guest Access
Step 1: Where to park. Parking is available in the driveway and gravel parking area in front of the house on Tide Ave.
Step 2: Enter your rental through the front door.
-
Your rental is for the full house, including the upstairs bedrooms. If the upstairs is locked off, the keyless door lock code is 3 2 7 3. If assistance is needed, contact Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals 805-900-6000.
Heating
Our home boasts an amazing heating system, and you're in control with a wall thermostat at your fingertips. The home does not have air conditioning.
We also provide a GAS FIREPLACE for those cozy nights (or foggy days) in! The remote control is located next to the front door. Simply press the button to turn it on and off. There is a little bit of a delay after the button is dpressed so give it a beat.
Smoke Free Zone
No smoking or vaping, please! But feel free to take those puffs to the public sidewalks. Please refrain from smoking on the balconies and patios as it disturbs our neighbors.
Firepit Rules
Pull up a chair and join us for a cozy evening around the fire pit! Our wood burning fire pit awaits you.
-
Wood is not provided and there is no auto start. A match stricker is located in the kitchen drawer.
Safety First:
-
Do not leave fire burning while unattended.
-
Remember to douse the fire with water when retiring for the evening.
-
Please ensure that children do not attempt to light the fire table and supervise them whenever there's an open flame.
-
Be cautious with clothing around the open flame, especially with Morro Bay's winds potentially blowing clothing into the fire.
-
Absolutely no objects or food should be burned in the fire pit.
Pets
As much as we adore furry friends, we don't host animals on our property. If a critter sneaks in, an extra cleaning fee will join your check-out party. However, if you're traveling with a service animal, give us a heads-up beforehand. Service animals, recognized by the Americans with Disabilities Act, are always welcome.
Furnishings and Decor
Refrain from moving or relocating any of the furniture, decor, or accessories within the home. Our beach home has been designed to accommodate our guests, and we kindly request that you appreciate and enjoy each designated space as it is.
Property Cameras
Our property is protected by a motion sensing security system. There is one camera located on the right front corner of the house which provides a view of the front of the house and driveway, and a camera on the back left corner of the house which provides a view of the firepit and grill. We turn off notifications when we have guests as we value your privacy; however, we are notified of any unusual activity between the hours of midnight and 5:00 AM.
BBQ Grill
Get ready to fire up some fantastic meals in your vacation haven – we've got a propane gas BBQ grill waiting for you on the lower patio!
There are propane tanks on the property. We usually keep those propane tanks plump and happy, but every now and then, a previous guest leaves the tank on empty. If you find yourself left on empty, here's the scoop:
-
DIY Refill: Swing by the nearest refill station and give that tank a new lease on life. Morro Bay Propane (located at 220 Atascadero Rd Morro Bay - 805-771-9850) is open for a tank swap. The cost to exchange varies depending on the price of propane, estimated $25-$30 per tank.
-
Reach out to the local contact: Not feeling like a DIY hero? No worries! Call your local contact and we will get the new tank to you; just give us 2 hours to get it to you.
-
If you take matters into your own hands and refill that tank, leave us the receipt, and we'll arrange a reimbursement.
